Delivery
We will send packages via Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Evri or UPS. All items are handmade by myself. If any item is out of stock then we will aim to get restocked within 7 days, so please check back soon.
Shipping to mainland UK is free. If you need this item shipped outside the UK, please contact us before ordering so we can quote you a shipping fee. If you do not contact us and your shipping is outside the UK mainland, then we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies per product. For details, please see individual items. Usually between 5-14 days.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchange
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations however if we have commenced working on your products we’re unable to cancel and refund your order. If you have any amendments to an existing order please let us know.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders.
Orders after 30 days of their delivery date.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Our Rights
The Proper Pallet Emporium reserves the rights to:
Withdraw and cancel orders if we are unable to meet any commitment.
Make financial transactions, based on orders placed by you.
We try to give correct information at the immediate time it is available but cannot take any liability for information errors after the event.
The Proper Pallet Emporium cannot be liable for any website downtime, as it is hosted by a third party.
We cannot be held responsible for natural wear and tear of any item, nor can we be held responsible for the maintenance of any of our items once in the possession of the purchaser. i.e. an item breaks or causes injury to anyone due to lack of care and maintenance over a period of time.
We will not tolerate bad user behaviour, including unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. Either via the website review or contact pages. We reserve the right to disable user accounts if required.
